In this role, he ensures strict compliance with AUS-MEAT, AS, EC, and USDA standards, safeguarding product quality, safety, and efficiency. His work is more than technical oversight — it is about upholding integrity in global food systems and ensuring that Australian produce maintains its premium reputation in international markets.
