The Kenya All Stars Cup gets underway today at Manor Farm Oval, bringing together Kenyan football teams from Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Darwin and the ACT. With free entry, a full day of group-stage football and strong community backing, the tournament is set to turn Adelaide into a meeting point for Kenyan sport, culture and connection.
The wait is over. The Kenya All Stars Cup officially kicks off today, Saturday 3 October 2026, at Manor Farm Oval in Adelaide, with the opening matches starting at 10am and group-stage action continuing throughout the day.
Hosted by Kenya Stars Adelaide, the tournament brings together teams representing Kenyan communities from across Australia. Adelaide Stars, Sydney Stars, Darwin Stars and ACT Stars make up Group A, while Melbourne Stars, Brisbane Stars and Perth Stars compete in Group B.

The opening fixture sees Adelaide Stars face Sydney Stars on Pitch 1 at 10am, while Darwin Stars take on ACT Stars on Pitch 2. Melbourne Stars and Brisbane Stars follow at 11:50am before the afternoon schedule continues with Sydney against ACT, Darwin against Adelaide, Brisbane against Perth, Sydney against Darwin, ACT against Adelaide and a final evening clash between Perth and Melbourne at 7:10pm.
For supporters, the tournament offers more than the results on the scoreboard. Manor Farm Oval is expected to become a gathering place for families, friends and football fans as Kenyan communities from several Australian cities come together around sport.
Football sits at the centre of the weekend, but the wider atmosphere will also reflect the community behind it. Kenyan food, music, conversation and cultural connection will accompany the action, creating an event that welcomes both dedicated football supporters and those simply looking to spend time with the wider diaspora community.
Entry to the tournament is free, opening the event to families and supporters who want to watch teams from around the country compete without the barrier of ticket costs. With matches running across two pitches, spectators will have plenty of football to follow from the opening whistle through to the evening.
The event has also received backing from a range of businesses and organisations supporting the Kenyan community. Sponsors featured by organisers include AFIX, Openmaps Agency, Nawiri Care, Grace International, National Diversity Institute of Australia, Fairhands Care Services, Chomazone Grill and other community partners.
Their support helps make a national-style Kenyan football gathering possible while giving community members another opportunity to connect with businesses and organisations operating within and alongside the diaspora.
For Kenya Stars Adelaide, the tournament also places South Australia at the centre of a weekend bringing Kenyan football communities from across the country into one space. Players who usually compete within their own cities now have the opportunity to represent those communities against teams from interstate.
The tournament carries a simple message from the organisers: “One Team. One Pride. Pamoja.” It captures the broader purpose of the weekend, where competition on the pitch sits alongside connection between communities away from it.
With the first whistle set for 10am, supporters are encouraged to make their way to Manor Farm Oval, back their city, meet fellow community members and experience a weekend built around Kenyan football in Australia.
